Splurge Skincare

I was recently gifted with two body scrubs & lip balm by Splurge Skincare, who provides natural and organic body care products. The two body scrubs I received were Peppermint and Lemon. Both were amazing and smelled so refreshing! The scrub wasn't too harsh nor oily and it left my skin pretty smooth.

But my favorite was the "Lip Buttah" lip balm. It was in peppermint and not only did it well on my lips but it left a nice tingly fresh feeling. :)

Splurge also offers a sugarcube, which is basically the perfect portion that provides a full body exfoliation all in one cube. However, they are now a limited holiday item. Now I wish they had a body lotion too!

I have been using all 3 products for over a week now and I love all 3!
-The daily moisturizing crème is wonderful. It doesn't leave a greasy feeling and keeps your hydrated and smooth. I have actually been using it on my kids as well. This time of year we all have super dry skin! Gotta love winter! ;)
-I was a little scared of the body wash because it is an oil. I was wrong to be scared! It's wonderful! I get out of the shower already feeling like my skin is not only clean, but also hydrated.
- I used the calming itch-relief on my elbows and ankles. They don't itch, but they are the driest parts of me! This stuff rocks! There is a cooling sensation that happens and it's pretty wonderful! ;)

Simone France Review

I had the lovely opportunity of reviewing Simone France's products. Simone France is the renowned French skin care expert & have worked with gorgeous women like Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, Iman, Elle MacPherson, and many others.

What I first did was fill out a little survey about myself mentioning what products I already use on my phone, how often, and how I remove it, etc. Then about a day or so later, I received an email basically consulting me on what are the best products to use for my personal skin type as well as analyzing my current beauty routine.

Later on, I was sent this whole package along with simple instructions on what to use each morning and each night. I don't typically run into skin problems like acne, blotchiness, oiliness, or much dryness. However, during the wintertime (especially when it gets really cold, my skin does feel dry). I have started using this Simone France beauty package about 3 weeks ago, and maybe it's because of the warmer winter NY is having or my lack of any obvious skin problems, but I honestly don't really see a difference in the appearance of my skin.

However, my face does feel clearer. Before I used to use baby wipes to remove my makeup (easy & convenient!), but Simone France also provided me with cleansing wipes & with the beauty regimen, it doubles as a makeup remover. My face does feel fresher afterward.

For this whole package, I give it 3 out of 5 stars :)
