I love these burgundy plazzo pants. I decided to keep everything in the colors of wine this day as I paired them with a blush shoe, cream top, pink blazer, rose gold ring, and maroon lip. I felt very ready for a meeting but I was actually going on a date. At dinner I ditched the blazer and it felt more dinner appropriate. ;)
My hair was super easy. I braided pig tails and then secured them on top of my head. Took all of 5 mins and I actually had 4 different girls come up to me and ask what I had done.
After dinner the hubs and I went shopping. The only person who LOVES to shop as much as me is Ryan. Just another thing to add to the list of what I love about him! ;) While shopping I FINALLY found my second coat! (I've been looking for a second coat since Sept!) More on that coming soon....

Purse party

My sister and mom hosted their annual purse party over the weekend. I had both kids with me so I needed to wear something that I could run around in and also still feel like I was cute enough to be at a party in. ;) This short sleeved maxi dress did the trick.
I ended up leaving before the party actually started because my little lady missed her nap and was out of her mind. I guess she didn't get the memo that this was a fun girls night. ;) Oh well, what can you do?!

All and all the night was a success. I got 4 purses for holiday gifts and had my mom put a few for my "Santa" pile from her.

I was graciously invited to see a pre-screening of the new Sarah Jessica Parker movie "I Don't Know How She Does It" by Kristin. Of course I had to go, I never pass up a girls night in the city! ;)

I had such a fun time and the movie was adorable! I really wish they would have dressed SJP's character better, she was a little frumpy and who said working moms have to be frumpy?! ;) Plus it's SJP so you kind of expect there to be some awesome fashion, alas, there was not. Recovery Chic....LOL

Although the second round of injections hurt somewhat less, the recovery has been worse. Go figure!

I've really been loving scarfs lately. It's a very easy way to jazz up a basic t-shirt! I also have been dying to wear this floral maxi. It is light weight, colorful (which cheers me up!), super cozy, and was quite cheap! LOVE that! And...how great is my Lucky brand ring?! Just because I can't get fully dressed does not mean I can't be wearing great accessories! ;P
In other news, 5 pounds left until I'm back to pre-baby weight! Woo hoo! I am almost there!
